DINA introduces ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 standards
Starting from 18th July 2007 DINA-Petrokemija integrated two new systems in its current ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.These are ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management system and OHSAS 18001:1999 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The certification was carried out by a respectable international company Bureau Veritas Certification. Process of obtaining a certificate implies a transparent presentation of the existing production processes, along with clear evidence of conformity with legal and other requirements in the preservation of environment, health and safety. Implementation and application of the new integrated management systems was performed within a relatively short period of 10 months, owing to the fact that DINA-Petrokemija started applying world standards in its approach to business from the very beginning.
