The DIOKI Group has a long tradition of the quality management
system. DINA is the first company in Croatia to be awarded
a quality assurance (QA) certificate according to the requirements
of the ISO 9002 standard by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance
(LRQA) in 1993. The certificate was issued for production
of LDPE and VCM.
Nowadays the DINA quality management system
(QMS) is improved according to the requirements of the ISO
9001:2000 standard. The QMS is applicable to manufacture
of low density polyethylene and provision of reloading and
storage services of liquid and gas cargos.
The Zagreb Site,
the then INA OKI, was awarded by Bureau Veritas Quality
International a quality assurance certificate (QA) introduced
in 1996 according to the requirements of the ISO 9002:1994
standard.
The company introduced an improved quality
management system (QMS) according to the requirements of
the ISO 9001:2000 standard and an environment management
system ( EMS ) to ISO 14001:1996 in May and September 2003
respectively. Thus, as for quality, the year 2003 was characterized
by recognizing and describing company's processes as the
basis for the management system through targets and standards/criteria
for the performance of every process. In April 2004, both
systems were integrated into one management system QMS/EMS.
In addition, the company plans to introduce an occupational
health and safety assurance system according to the OHSAS
18001:1999 standard.
The principles laid down in the above standards
have been applied by the company in its day-to-day operations.
Thus DIOKI is oriented towards its customers and environmental
protection. Customers' opinion is taken into account not
only through recognizing their wishes and complying with
their requests but also by increasing the quality of products
and services to the level of their expectations.
